Feel The Burn
Getting ready for the big game Sunday? Looking for something to take your BBQ game to the next level? Something to spice up the an office party perhaps. This is it. Everyone will enjoy these spicy meatballs soaked in a traditional jelly sauce with a Sriracha twist for that zing you need.
3 Lbs Ground Chuck
1 Lbs Ground Pork
6 Slices Sandwich Bread Sliced Into 1/4″ Pieces
2 Cups Milk / Can use buttermilk if available for extra flavor
3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Jalapenos Minced /leave seeds in for extra bang
6 Tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
3 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Garlic Minced
3 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
In large bowl Mix the bread and milk to a slightly thickened consistency. Add the remaining ingredients and mix gently. Form into about 1 inch meatballs. Should make around 60-65 meatballs. When forming meatballs do not compact.
Smoke these meatballs on your smoker using the wood of your choice at 225-250 for about an hour depending on size.
Spicy Jelly Sauce
Mix 28 ozs of Grape Jelly and one 28 ozs bottle of Sriracha Chili Sauce and simmer in pan 8 – 10 minutes.
Pour sauce into meatballs and serve or place in warmer.
